No. When you work with Supreme Barclay Estates, we handle day-to-day tenant management, including communication, basic issues and coordination of routine works, so you can be as hands-off as you choose.

We coordinate and oversee routine maintenance and necessary repairs using trusted local contractors, keeping you informed and ensuring properties remain safe and well presented.
Do landlords still own the property?
Yes. You always retain full legal ownership of your property. Our role is to manage and where agreed, lease the property on your behalf, under a lease agreement.
What does guaranteed rent mean for the landlord?
Guaranteed rent means you receive an agreed fixed rental payment, even during void periods covered by the agreement, helping you plan with confidence and reduce income gaps.
